Work Package 6: Cross-cutting Training and Resource Support

This work package seeks to strengthen leadership and competency in clinical research and research support within the network. Led by MRC Unit The Gambia at LSHTM, the activities of this work package are aimed at achieving the following objectives:
1. To build necessary scientific capacity of scientists within the network
2. To provide an opportunity for tailored training to the needs of partners in specific areas
3. To deliver training and infrastructure support for financial, grants and quality management systems
4. To provide technical support through master’s degree courses in areas of need, particularly in biostatistics and data management
