Work Package 7: Project Management

This work package is led by a Management Group of four people (a Coordinator, a Deputy Coordinator, a Compliance Manager and a Project Manager) and supported by a Communications Officer. They are charged with the day-to-day management of the network in ensuring that project activities are delivered as planned. They also make sure the network is visible through an adequate communications and dissemination plan. To foster collaboration with peers within the research environment, the Management Group undertakes a series of networking activities for both benchmarking and partnership development.
