Work Package 2: Malaria

A Paragon Genomics Malaria Amplicon Panel training was recently concluded by the Malaria Population Biology (MPB) group at the MRC Unit The Gambia at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). The intensive 11-day training focused on a new multiplexed PCR Next Generation Sequencing panel, developed at the EPPIcenter, University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
